Annie Louise Sheets

November 16, 1930 - November 26, 2016

Annie Louise Sheets, 86 of Bono passed away November 26, 2016 at the Flo and Phil Hospice House. Born November 16, 1930 in Braden, OK; daughter of Robert and Cora Reeves Dixon. She was a homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She was a faithful member of the Egypt Baptist Church. Retired from St. Bernard’s Hospital Housekeeping after 28 years. She loved her flowers and her vegetable gardens; cooking and was an accomplished quilter. She was devoted to her family and friends. She was loved immediately by all who met her. She leaves a huge emptiness in the hearts of her loved ones. She is preceded in death by her parents; her two husbands, Alvin Thomas and Douglas Sheets; her son, Leslie Thomas; grandsons, Samuel McIntire and Charles Lundy; and a great grandson, Payton Thomas; four brothers, Charles, Jessie, L.D. and Eddie; and a sister, Bonnie. She leaves behind her daughter and son-n-law, Ruby and Alvin McIntire; her son and daughter-n-law, Curtis and Marilyn Thomas and a daughter-n-law, Betty Daughtry; eight grandchildren, Lavinda Lundy, Michael and Miranda McIntire, Anthony, Andy and Amy Jo Thomas, Eric and Tiffany Thomas; fifteen great grandchildren, Tabitha, Josh, Zachary, Journey, Trevor, Tyler, Eli, Isacc, Rhiannon, Trenton, Jill, Gage, Lydia, William and Thomas; one great great grandson, Jackson; five brothers and sisters, Larry, Lorene, Lara Mae, Barbara and Rosie; and lots and lots of nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 11 A.M. in the Bryan Chapel with Ulysses Vandermolen officiating. Pallbearers will be Trenton Junyor, Lewis Evans, Kenneth and Kenny Cummings, Anthony and Eric Thomas. Honorary Pallbearer is Junior McIntire. Interment will follow in the Lawrence Memorial Park. Visitation will be an hour before the service.
