Clelia Van Gosha

November 29, 1939 - July 9, 2018

Clelia Van (Oldham) Gosha departed this world for her Heavenly home on July 9, 2018. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, and she will be greatly missed. She will be remembered as a strong, tenacious, and spirited woman. Clelia was born on November 29, 1939 in Coffman, AR. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Marvin Oldham and Willie Margaret Martin Oldham; and her late husband, Charles Gosha. Clelia worked in the Jonathan Logan Garment Factory in Walnut Ridge, AR in the 1960s, where she learned to be an accomplished seamstress. She was a homemaker for most of her life and of the Baptist belief. She is survived by her four children: Michael Gosha, and his wife, Cindi of Jonesboro, AR; Deanna Owen and her husband, Brad of Jonesboro, AR; Dawana Goings Pigue and her husband, David of Paragould, AR; and Van Gosha of Jonesboro, AR. She leaves behind six grandchildren and one great grandchild: Brandon Goings, Brant Goings, Joshua Jaques, Nathan Gosha, Vanessa Gosha, Ashley Gosha, and great grandson Colby Jaques. She is survived by her older sister, Gloria Mize of Jonesboro, AR and her seven children: Rebecca Mize, Denny Mize, W.C Mize, Margaret Easley, Lisa Oldman, Cecilia Stanley, and Melinda West; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Clelia will be buried at Coffman (Crossroads) Cemetery in Portia, AR near her late husband and mother on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at 10 A.M. with Dr. Barry Anderson officiating.
