Geraldine Jo Pace

February 10, 1931 - February 13, 2022

Geraldine Jo Pace, 91 of Ironton, Missouri; passed away February 13, 2022, in the Baptist Home of Missouri in Arcadia Valley. Born February 10, 1931, in East Lake, TN; daughter of the late, Albert Graham and Clara Summers Graham. She was united in marriage to the late, James J. Pace on December 22, 1948. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and church volunteer. she enjoyed crocheting and making prayer shawls for hospice, she also loved doing craft fairs with Mr. James and was partners with a neighbor in a craft shop in the 70's. she loved working with the youth - at Canaan Baptist Church and was a chaperone on many day outings. She loved participating in Bible studies. She loved doing find a word while listening to southern gospel. She is preceded in death by her parents; her Husband, James (Jay) Pace in 2006; one Son, James Randall Pace; two brothers, Jesse “Bud” and Ronald Graham; two brother in laws, Ralton and Bob Pace; three sister in laws, Mozelle (Adrien) Williams, Ginny Philips and Carol Graham. Survivors include her two sons, Dan & Chris Pace, Rock Hill, SC, and Joseph Lynn Pace, House Springs, MO; Daughter in Law, Barb Pace, Arnold, MO; one sister, Joyce & Clint Steidel, La Mirada, CA; one brother, Harold & Roberta Graham, Rossville, GA, sister in law Carolyn Graham, Republic, MO, Jodell Smith, San Diego, CA, Jeanette and Paulette Pace, Jonesboro; four brother in Law, Edward and Kathy Pace, Jonesboro, Wendell and Pat Pace, Desoto, MO, Freddie and Brenda Pace, Desoto, MO, Morris Phillips, Walnut Ridge, four grandchildren, Jason (Angela) Pace, Deanna (Tim) McGuire, Kelly (Dennis) Orwat, Sarah (Matt) Ryan; five great-grandchildren, Tyler McGuire, Tristan Orwat, Elliott Orwat, Natalie Ryan, Ava Ryan; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relative and friends. Graveside service will be Saturday, February 19, 2022, at 1 P.M. in the Lawrence Memorial Park. A Celebration of her life will be Monday, February 21, 2022, at 10 A.M. in the Baptist Home of Missouri in Ironton with Rev. James Wills officiating. (Enter through office please)
